Please tell me how to find my purchase history in the audible app. I returned a few books two years ago with no problem but, when I went to return a recent purchase, I just could not find my purchase history. I read the instructions in the help & support section but still couldn’t find it. I would love your help with this. Peta 🤣

Thank you for all this information, I exclusively have used Libby for my audiobooks because I get all of them for free with my US Library card (over 250 in the last 2 years), but have been wanting to listen to some Audible Exclusives. So bummed that almost all the ones I want to listen to are paywalled, but this information helped me figure out the cheapest way to listen to the exclusives 🫶🏻

I bought a lot of audible books over 20 years ago my membership lapse and every book will not play. I’m not talking about ones bought in credit but bought outright.

How may I alphabetize my audible books?

I'm from India and I just started audible , there is only one membership and that is for 210 INR which is premium plus but I get only 1 credit points a month. And there is no way to get extra credit points at all , I am using it on my mobile, can you please help

I just resolved the issue through Audible's live customer service, however I _was_ charged for nearly a year even though I cancelled the free trial after a day or two. The agent was great. He said that clearly, there was no activity on the membership and he would reverse the charges. Have read similar tales from other people online. I like the idea of the service, but it does seem like Audible goes out of its way to make the cancellation process somewhat opaque. This does not engender a high level of trust.

Also, You can only return books bought with their credit points. If you purchased out right cash/your credit card, you can't return it.

Since Audible is owned by Amazon, there are cool ways they work together. First of all, if you own Kindle books, you can get a big discount on the Audible copy of that same book. For example, for books that are deep, complicated, or harder to understand, you might benefit from reading the Kindle book and listening to the audiobook at the same time. I tend to get more out of a book if I take it in with my eyes and ears. To get a great deal, find a Kindle book that’s on sale. Many Kindle books are under $3.00. Then after you buy it, there is a screen that thanks you for your purchase. On the same page, it tells you that you can get the audiobook for $7.49 (just an example). So you might buy the Kindle book for $1.99 and the audio version for $7.49. So you get both for under $10!! Also, if you have read Kindle books, you can get a month or two of free Kindle Unlimited. The selection of KU books changes from month to month, but there are great books on there in all genres. Many of these books include the Audible versions as well, even if you don’t have an audible account!! Also, you can check out both Kindle books and audiobooks from your public library for free. You can check them out for 21 days and the books will return themselves on that day. Go to Libbyapp.com to check it out!! You do need a library card to use Libby. I hope this helps someone!!

For anyone having trouble canceling their subscription you have to do it on the computer, sadly you can't do it on the phone through the app.
